Isonebial KIT is a Medical Device consisting of Isonebial, 20 single-dose vials of isotonic saline solution with ectoine, and Buona Spraysol, which includes the Spraysol Medical Device that allows the solution to be nebulized easily and quickly.
Dosage
Infants, children, and adults: 1–3 irrigations per nostril using the Spraysol nebulizer, several times a day.

Isonebial KIT is indicated for the daily cleansing of the nasal cavities in children and adults. It allows the nebulization of Isonebial single-dose vials, a ready-to-use isotonic solution (0.9%) with added ectoine, by means of the Spraysol device.
- Isonebial KIT is an isotonic solution and is useful for the daily cleansing of the nasal cavities, as it softens mucus, facilitating its removal and improving breathing. The isotonic solution also exerts a cleansing action on the nasal mucosa, as it promotes the elimination of allergens, pollutants, and bacteria, helping to keep the airways healthy. The solution contained in the single-dose vials can be administered using the Buona Spray-sol medical device or by aerosol therapy.
- Spraysol, a patent licensed exclusively to Buona Spa Società Benefit, is a nebulizer specifically designed for topical treatments of the upper airways and allows rapid administration of solutions through nebulization into particles sized between 10 and 20 microns, suitable for the treatment of the upper airways. Thanks to its specially designed shape, it ergonomically fits the child’s nostril, but it can also be used by adults.
Composition
Isonebial KIT contains:

Each ISOnebial vial contains: sodium chloride, ectoine, sodium phosphate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and water. It does not contain preservatives; therefore, the likelihood of undesirable reactions is reduced. - Spraysol
It is a Medical Device consisting of: a Spraysol nebulizer, a Luer Lock syringe, a cannula needle, an elephant-shaped syringe cover, and a container.
How to use
1. Detach a single-dose vial and open it by twisting the cap.
2. Attach the vial to the syringe included in the pack and draw up the solution to be nebulised.
3. Fix the syringe filled with the Isonebial solution by screwing it onto the dedicated intake nozzle of the Spraysol nasal nebuliser device.
4. For infants and small children (under 3 and depending on their level of cooperation), the treatment should be carried out while lying on the side, with the head leaning to one side and inserting the Spraysol nasal nebuliser carefully into the uppermost nostril. Press the plunger of the syringe firmly to nebulise the solution.
For older children and adults, insert the Spraysol nasal nebuliser into one nostril, with the torso upright and without leaning the head back. Breathe in and press the plunger of the syringe firmly at the same time to nebulise the solution. Let go of the plunger before breathing out.
5. Repeat the operation in point 4 above for the other nostril, aiming to divide the contents of the syringe equally between the two nostrils.
6. Before putting the device away, rinse the syringe under running water and wash the Spraysol nasal nebuliser.
CLEANING THE SPRAYSOL NASAL NEBULISER
Spraysol nasal nebuliser is recommended for use by a single patient and can be used more than once. It is therefore extremely important to clean the device carefully after each use in order to ensure optimum functioning and durability.
Wash the Spraysol nasal nebuliser under warm running water, if necessary with a drop of neutral detergent (non-abrasive). Before storing the device, dry the Spraysol nasal nebuliser with a soft cloth.
Repeat the operation in point 4 above for the other nostril, aiming to divide the contents of the syringe equally between the two nostrils.
