Circadiem 5 Tripto is a food supplement containing melatonin and Griffonia extract, in a liquid form that is easy to dose thanks to the graduated dropper.
Melatonin, which is naturally present in the body, helps maintain the physiological rhythms of the sleep-wake cycle. Taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep.
Griffonia, standardised in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), supports relaxation and sleep, mental well-being, and a normal mood.
Composition
Water; fructose; stabiliser: glycerol; Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.) seed dry extract, standardised to 30% 5-hydroxytryptophan; zinc bisglycinate; acidifier: citric acid; flavouring; preservative: potassium sorbate; melatonin; thickener: xanthan gum.

How to use
Shake well before each use.
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml of Circadiem 5 Tripto, containing 1 mg of melatonin, once daily in the evening before bedtime.
Close the bottle with the dropper cap after use.
