BBmilk DG is an infant and follow-on formula intended for feeding from birth up to 12 months of age.
BBmilk DG is suitable as the sole source of nutrition for infants from birth up to 6 months of age when they are not breastfed. From 6 to 12 months of age, or from the start of weaning, it can be included as part of a varied complementary diet. Weaning should begin only on the advice of a paediatrician.
Composition
Water, milk, fresh pasteurised skimmed milk with 0.5% fat (21.36%), maltodextrin, lactose from milk, vegetable oils (high-oleic sunflower, soy, palm kernel, rapeseed, sunflower), butter (milk), concentrated hydrolysed milk whey proteins, galactooligosaccharides from milk, beta-palmitate (from palm oil), minerals (calcium phosphate, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, ferrous lactate, cupric sulphate, potassium iodide, zinc sulphate, sodium selenite, manganese sulphate), 2’-fucosyllactose (2’-FL) (contains lactose), choline bitartrate, oil from the microalga Schizochytrium sp. Warnings and storage
- Breast milk is the best food for infants and breastfeeding should be encouraged and continued for as long as possible.
- BBmilk DG should be used only on the advice of a paediatrician.
- Improper preparation and storage may cause illness or pose health risks to the infant. Follow the instructions carefully.
- Prepare one bottle at a time and feed it to the infant immediately after preparation. Do not reuse any milk left in the bottle after feeding.
- The product is UHT sterilised and packed in a protective atmosphere.
- Store the unopened BBmilk DG package in a dry place, away from heat. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
How to use
Bottle preparation
- Before preparation, wash and dry your hands thoroughly and sterilise the bottle, teat and screw ring.
- Shake the carton before opening. Pour the required amount of milk into the bottle and warm it in a water bath to approximately 37°C.
- There is no need to boil the product, as it is already sterilised.
- After feeding, wash the bottle, teat and screw ring thoroughly.
Amounts: Follow the paediatrician’s advice, according to the infant’s specific needs.
