Periodar is a food supplement containing magnesium and Griffonia extract.
Griffonia, standardised in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), a precursor of serotonin, supports a normal mood, relaxation and mental well-being.
Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also supports normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Composition
Magnesium carbonate; sweeteners: sorbitol, sucralose; flavourings; Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.) seed dry extract, standardised to 30% 5-hydroxytryptophan; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; acidifier: citric acid.
Gluten-free. Lactose-free.

How to use
Periodar is available in chocolate-flavoured orodispersible sachets.
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, preferably in the morning, allowing the contents to dissolve directly in the mouth. The product is not intended for children under 3 years of age.
