How to use
Shake the bottle well before each use.
It is recommended to take 4 drops once a day, equivalent to 400 IU (10 mcg) of Vitamin D3 and 150 mcg of Vitamin K1, unless otherwise advised by a doctor. One drop corresponds to 100 IU of Vitamin D3.
Use the dropper included in the package.
