Isonebial is an isotonic solution (0.9 %) with the addition of ectoin.
Isonebial is recommended for the everyday cleaning of the nasal cavities, particularly when the nostrils are dry or blocked. The isotonic solution exerts a cleansing function of the nasal mucosa promoting the elimination of allergens, pollutants and bacteria.
The single-use vials of Isonebial are recommended for the gentle daily cleansing of the nose and help to improve respiration, particularly in babies and small children who are not yet able to blow their nose. Regular cleaning of the nose can help the baby to feed and improve the sleep of older children too. Furthermore, it can protect the mucous membranes from irritation due to external agents and air pollution. Isonebial is suitable for long-term use. The solution contained in Isonebial vials may also be used for aerosol therapy.
