Composition: efficacy and safety
ETHYL ALCOHOL 68%
Alcohol has broad-spectrum antibacterial properties (Gram + and Gram -), is active on various fungi as well as having virucidal action (on DNA and RNA viruses).
60-70% alcohol solutions with water are the most effective in denaturing proteins and eliminating the lipid component of viruses and bacteria.
CHLORHEXIDINE 0.2%
It is a disinfectant with remarkable antibacterial properties – it alters the structure of the cell membrane, both on Gram+ and Gram-. It also has an antiviral action on viruses with pericapsid.
GLYCERINE 5%
- Prevents excessive dryness of the hands: averts skin chapping and maintains the natural lipid layer unaltered, promoting skin regeneration.
- The presence of glycerine makes the product suitable even for the delicate skin of the little ones
POLYACRYLATE CROSSPOLYMER-6 1%
This is a synthetic polymer that acts as stabiliser and increases the viscosity of the solution (gel)
In increases persistence on the skin of the solution, increasing the effectiveness of the disinfectant because it prevents excessively rapid evaporation of the alcohol component and retains chlorhexidine longer. Buonina, however, dries quickly n the skin without any residues.
BUONINA is especially suitable for children’s delicate skin: also because it contains no preservatives (it is self-preservative due to the high concentration of alcohol and chlorhexidine).
