Infants since birth, Children and Adolescents: 4 drops, once a day, equivalent to 800 IU (20 mcg) of Vitamin D, unless otherwise advised by the doctor. One drop corresponds to 200 IU of Vitamin D.

The integration of Vitamin D present in Buonavit D3 FORTE is recommended above all during the first years of life as it is essential for the normal growth of bones and teeth. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and to the normal function of the immune system of children.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA). The DHA contained in Buonavit D3 FORTE is of algal origin and has better organoleptic characteristics as well as a lower presence of contaminants than that of animal origin.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Nervonic Acid is a long-chain monounsaturated fatty acid, significantly present in nerve tissue and cerebral white matter. It is an essential nutrient for brain growth and maintenance and has good effects on nerve fiber function.
Beta palmitate is the ester of the saturated fatty acid most present in the human body, allowing a normal and correct functioning of the phospholipids of each cell membrane.
