Royal Jelly is the nutritional product par excellence: it is produced by the worker bees for feeding the Queen Bee and it is extremely rich in vitamins, amino acids and enzymes that stimulate cell metabolism. - Carbohydrates from 14.5 to 15% (mostly glucose and fructose and, in lesser proportions, sucrose, maltose, trehalose and melibiose)
- Proteins 13-18% (amino acids in free state or combined)
- Lipids 3-6%
- Water 50-65%
- Vitamin B5 (royal jelly is the product richest in vitamin B5 known in nature), B6, C, oligoelements, Acetylcholine, antibiotic factors (1-2%).
Its unique composition makes it an exceptionally valuable food. The use of royal jelly is particularly suitable for children. It stimulates the body, the immune system, and especially the appetite.
