BBmilk AR is a special medical formula, particularly recommended for the treatment of diagnosed gastroesophageal disease and suitable from birth.
- The special anti-reflux formula is obtained by the addition of carob seeds, a natural thickener which increases the formula’s viscosity; a teat with a larger feed hole should be used.

Breast milk is the ideal food for your baby and should be preferred and used for as long as possible. Infant formula milk should only be used when advised by a paediatrician.
BBmilk AR is recommended for babies from birth to 12 months, where breastfeeding is not possible or not sufficient. BBmilk AR is suitable as the sole source of nourishment from birth to 6 months, if the infant is not breastfed. From the sixth month onwards, and after weaning (when advised by the paediatrician), it should be part of a mixed diet and should not be used as a sole source of nourishment.
